Mac Nomura is the absolute best instructor for the 2-day crash course. I took my salesperson license exam today two days after taking his weekend crash course. I passed !! This a great way to prepare for the real estate agent/broker exam. Both the online materials (unlimited practice exams, study guides and online videos) and the live crash course gave me everything I need to go into the exam prepared and confident that I will pass. I just attended the broker crash course training with Mr. Mac Nomura as the trainer. I am still a month out from taking the exam and the class came at a perfect time in my studying cycle. I now have a plan to move forward and study in a more efficient way.Two full days can be intimidating, but Mac was entertaining and had real world stories that helped to make connections in understanding the material. You will leave with much more than an understanding of real estate concepts but also with a better sense of self. Mac is part real estate guru and motivational speaker at the same time. I passed the test on the first try! The crash course that I took with Mac Nomura was essential in making this happen. I took the crash course about a month before I took my test, which maybe different than others. I was feeling very stuck on how to even start studying. The crash course is very effective. Mac Nomura did an amazing job at breaking down the concepts and how to expect it on the test. I highly recommend CA Realty Training. I compared it with different online Real Estate Courses and this is the most complete training course that you can find out there and the reasons are: besides all the books and reading material that you get on most of the courses, you will have live webinars twice a week for three months where you will have the opportunity to learn from a professional and experienced Real Estate Instructor and go through each chapter on each of the three books that are needed to get your Real Estate License. There’s also a ton of videos and digital presentations as support material. At the same time, you belong to a group of students that are on the same page as you (studying for the real estate license, most of them brand new in this business) so you can network and share a lot of information with them. I bought an online course and was totally unmotivated. A lot of reading and no contact with anyone in the area until I found CA Realty Training. Came to the first free class very suspicious and did not expect much. I gave it a try and it was the best thing I ever did. The trainers give you all the support you need to not only pass the test and get your license but to be GOOD, and not just another realtor. If you are wondering or thinking of investing in a real estate career, this is your place. Don't waste time.

I needed a really good refresher and it was suggested to take Clarissa's class a couple days before the exam. She's extremely knowledgeable in real estate, makes class fun, has a sense of humor, provides great examples and absolutely set us up for success. Took the Crash Course a couple days before my state exam. I passed! Overall the entire process took about 7 months (given the Covid restrictions). Clarissa Cortez, our instructor, was incredible! I’ve done my training online due to COVID, and signed up for a crash course for additional practice. My instructor was Mac Nomura and prior to this course I had stressed, worried about my outcome with real estate and had little hope. He started and ended by saying “be kind to yourself”. That literally brought my worried thoughts all the way down. I am now taking my time, remaining positive no matter the outcome and really appreciated the words of confidence in my journey. During the session he’s used personal experiences to help us remember each term or situation questioned. Allowed us to be ourselves and ask several questions and shout out comments to engage with one another. In conclusion, this was worth being involved in prior to my exam!

I really loved taking my CA real estate pre-requisites with CA Realty Training. In the past I’d tried a RE class at community college and through RE Express, but I found the material boring and self study didn’t work for me. I highly recommend taking the Live Online Class and also purchasing the pre-recorded videos. The Live Online Class doesn’t come with recordings so having the supplemental videos was great to reinforce the material. I listened while driving around LA and it made the chapter quizzes a lot easier. I also loved having a live instructor (Victoria Munoz) to ask questions to and to encourage me to complete the courses within a 3 month period. I started in April and as of June 25 I am done! Don’t think twice and sign up with CA Realty Training. The classes are informative, entertaining and easily digestible. Loved the portal and the gamification of the journey. As Robert Rico says “study long, study wrong.” Don’t overcomplicate things and sign up. I wish I had a few years ago when I first attempted the classes with RE Express.

I walked into Victor's (free) class after trying online schools for almost 2 years. Not only were the classes informative, but he gave us great insight on the testing process, how to fill out the application, and what to study. When I left Victor's class I actually felt like I had the knowledge to be an agent...not just enough to pass a test. It is not the cheapest school but it is the BEST for your money.

My partner and I began to research and came across CA Realty Training on Eventbrite. The location that fit best for me was the Downtown LA area due to the proximity to our own location. The first class is an introductory class (free class) that's where I met with Mac Nomura, who is the instructor at that site on Saturday's. I had been wanting to enroll in a Real Estate class and was looking around. I came across CA Realty School at Keller Williams in Chino Hills. I started my research and read the great reviews on Yelp. I finished the first month with CA realty school and so far I can tell: it is a great school! Their online portal is on point! It tracks your progress, gives you quizzes, tests, it has ebooks to read (although I would recommend to buy hard copy books from them, it's not expensive), it has flashcards to learn from, videos (for additional fee) - so that the studying process is easier and more complete. I would 100% recommend attending LIVE classes with the teacher Blanca Aguirre. She is knowledgeable, and has a lot of experience. She would answer all our questions, tell examples from her practise, and explain difficult topics in a simple way so that we understand.

I have never met anyone with so much enthusiasm and passion for what they do. Not only will she educate you, but she wouldn't hesitate to mentor you throughout the way. If you don't understand some of the material, she will always go the extra mile in order to explain it to you. I enrolled in the property management course intially as a tryout to see if real estate was a path I really wanted to commit to. I started off just reading the book and then next thing I found myself 8 completed courses deep.California Realty Training offers an excellent buildable self paced program in which you can add physical textbooks and videos to enhance your learning experience.To make this short and sweet, I found the classes and tests to be relevant with what you will need in the working world and for exam preparation. I also enrolled in the crash course which includes a VERY wide variety of practice exams. Please please please enroll in this if you wish to pass as this will highlight key concepts and vocabulary relevant to the exam.I say this to say I used CA Realty 98% and watched 1 video from youtube within 2 weeks of  my scheduled exam date. To paint the picture for you I enrolled in my first class in May 2020 and finished my final class, Appraisal in August 2021, my exam was scheduled on 9/14 for 9/25 and I immediately enrolled in the crash course and passed my first try! It really is pass on first try guaranteed!
