3. Complete the Program

When you complete the program and earn your certificates, you will officially fulfill the remaining hours in your required education. Congrats!

What to Expect

In North Carolina, real estate professionals are required to complete specific post-licensing courses to maintain their licenses. This educational requirement ensures that agents continue to build on their foundational knowledge and stay current with the evolving real estate laws and practices in the state.

Required Post-License Courses for North Carolina Real Estate Professionals:

Provisional Brokers: Must complete 90 hours of post-licensing education within 18 months of initial licensure. These courses are divided into three 30-hour courses that cover advanced real estate topics, including:
