When you complete the program and earn your certificates, you will officially fulfill the remaining hours in your required education. Congrats!

In Kentucky, real estate sales associates must complete post-licensing education within the first two years of receiving their initial license to ensure they are prepared for a successful career. This requirement helps sales associates stay informed about the latest laws, practices, and industry standards.

Required Post-License Course for Kentucky Real Estate Sales Associates:

Sales Associates: Must complete a 48-hour post-licensing course, 32 mandatory hours and 16 elective hours
