3. Complete the Program

When you complete the program and earn your certificates, you will officially fulfill the remaining hours in your required education. Congrats!

In Mississippi, newly licensed real estate salespersons are required to complete a 30-hour post-licensing course within their first year of licensure. This course is designed to enhance their understanding of real estate practices and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Required Post-License Course for Mississippi Real Estate Professionals:

Salespersons: Must complete a 30-hour post-licensing course.
The curriculum includes at least 24 hours focused on essential topics and 6 hours on additional subjects that improve the competency of licensees in representing consumers.
