His oldest son Andy entered the business in 1999 and has been Dave's partner since. In 2012, she left corporate america and became a Recruiter for a boutique real estate company in the Pasadena area where she grew the company to over 100 agents and helped launch their real estate school. Michelle instantly fell in love with the industry and decided to get her real estate license. She worked full time during the day and attended classes at night. She studied diligently for months and was determined to pass her exam on her first try, and she did!Once she was licensed, she mentored under one of the Top Producers in the San Gabriel Valley/Top 100 in California. She watched and learned how to negotiate, price homes correctly, get offers accepted, and strategize through the most challenging transactions. She received the Top Producer Award for Highest Dollar Amount her second year in the business.In 2017, she joined Keller Williams Executive and became the Director of Agent Development. He dedicated his time as a full-time agent in 2001 with his wife, Carolee. Together, they helped hundreds of families down the path of homeownership. In 2012, Robert's desire to teach pulled him away from Real Estate and led him to train.
His passion for teaching and his love of Real Estate were the keys to creating the USRT training program. He used his and his wife's extensive knowledge of the Real Estate industry to form a top-notch learning program that would aid his students to success.
