Angela is a native Chicagoan who obtained her CA license in 2015 and holds designations as a CAR Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor, CAR Certified First Time Buyer Specialist and RENI Certified Negotiation Expert. She joined Keller Williams and expanded her services to become a new agent Launch Coach and Mentor, a Skill Series Instructor and an endorsed Open House Specialist. After several years with KW, she moved to JohnHart Real Estate. Prior to Angela’s entry into real estate, she spent nearly 20 years bringing national brands to life through face-to-face consumer events, most recently as a national director for a global advertising agency. As part of her role, Angela trained brand ambassadors across the U.S. for high profile clients as American Express, Jim Beam Global and E&J Gallo. She is excited to share her passion for teaching with aspiring licensees. Angela grew up with parents who built their own real estate brokerage and understood the importance of fostering relationships with their community and providing top notch customer service. Angela earned her Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Loyola University Chicago. When she is not helping clients buy and sell homes, she enjoys spending time with her furbabies, taking road trips and nurturing a second career in photography.

Antonio Vizari has been practicing real estate since 2013 and is currently working with Keller Williams in Studio City. Along with Studio City, Antonio specializes in Granada Hills, Calabasas, Simi Valley, Woodland Hills, Chatsworth, Van Nuys, West Hollywood, Northridge, Burbank, Encino, Sherman Oaks and the surrounding area. Broker Blanca Aguirre has over 25 years of time tested real estate expertise in the San Francisco market. For over 9 years Blanca previously worked as a Manager of a local brokerage and oversaw hundreds of transactions brought to her by agents dealing with the most complex and difficult transactions. Her role as manager also included working closely with legal council to coordinate all Risk Management for the office and included constantly informing agents and staff of legal, state, and local ordinance updates.

Bob has been a student and practitioner of the sales career for much of his working life. Prior to real estate, Bob worked for a startup company that had a fortune 500 client that requested he teach their employees in the Western US regarding new technologies. He has been in real estate sales since 2002 and was consistently a top producer in the office or on teams. Given that, he was asked to teach and educate other real estate agents who went on to have success implementing the information he provided. Bob has passed the Keller Williams Advanced Train the Presenter course and has taught several classes in various market centers through out California. In addition, Bob has dramatic training and performed in many shows. Therefore, he brings a certain flair and energy to all his teaching sessions.

Bryan is a caring REALTOR licensed in 2015, with a passion to share knowledge. He has been a member of the ALC multiple times, and continually ranks in the top 10% of his Market Center. Bryan has been a trainer at past companies such as American Express Travel and USAirways. He teaches many classes at his Market Center to include Facebook for Realtors, Winning with Buyers, Ignite and Command classes.

Carrie Trimmer is an experienced agent with a wealth of knowledge about the intricacies of buying selling real estate in Oakland and the surrounding areas. Carrie specializes in working with buyers, sellers, and investors approaching real estate from a right-and left-brain perspective, as comfortable suggesting remodeling ideas as she is with crunching numbers. She’s a no-nonsense realtor who doesn’t tell you what you want to hear, she tells you what you need to know to be successful in a market that’s fast-paced, challenging, and competitive. A product of two educators, she’s eager to help Real Estate students get a successful start in their businesses, as mentoring and teaching are important values for her.Prior to obtaining her real estate license in 2014, Carrie was a licensing executive at a top 10 cable network and a marketing director at a Fortune 50 company. She negotiated contracts and worked closely with companies such as Activision, Audible, Victoria’s Secret and Donna Karan to bring licensed products to market.Originally from the East Coast, Carrie has lived in the Bay Area for nearly 20 years, and it’s now her permanent home. She enjoys helping other transplants as well as locals find their “right place”, whether that’s buying a first home or selling a home that’s no longer the right fit for her clients.

Chris Baker has been an active Real Estate Agent for several years, and recently became the Chief Operating Officer at the Keller Williams of Costa Mesa. After receiving his Real Estate License in 2015, he took two listings in just his first couple of weeks of receiving his license. In April 2016 he became the Chief Operating Officer at the Keller Williams of San Clemente. In June 2017, he went into Keller Williams Franchise Ownership and expanded ownership until March of 2018. Chris’s dedication and passion in the real estate world makes us very excited to have him as part of the CA Realty Training family!

Clarissa has been in the real estate industry since 1998. She started her real estate career as a Loan Officer and became a full-time dedicated Realtor in 2003. She joined the Keller Williams Burlingame office in 2013, and was invited to be a member of the 2015 Agent Leadership Council. She is currently one of the mentors in the Keller Williams Burlingame office.

Clarissa actively services the real estate needs of her clients in the San Francisco Bay Area and uses her vast knowledge in helping her clients buy, sell & invest on all levels and effectively negotiate through different price points. Prior to her real estate career Clarissa was a Licensed Financial Advisor & Tax Professional for H&R Block where she also taught Income Tax Courses.

Throughout her career, whether in the Real Estate industry, Securities Industry or Tax Professional industry, Clarissa has always been passionate about sharing her knowledge through teaching, coaching & mentoring.  Clarissa utilizes her background in finance, negotiation skills, and her nurturing spirit to fearlessly fight for her clients to ensure they are successful -- even in the most stressful situations.

Dave is entering his 42nd year in the industry. He served as a lender from 1981 to 1995. When he started, interest rates were 14% fixed. He made it through several cycles, working with buyers and builders and in the mid 1990's decided it was time to become a full-time realtor and leave the lending to others. He was the very first realtor in South Corona to start putting up open house signs every weekend and has been consistent with that effort now for close to 25 years. His oldest son Andy entered the business in 1999 and has been Dave's partner since. Dave was instrumental in partnering to open 3 Keller Williams franchises in Corona, Riverside and Moreno Valley and Broker those offices for many years with over 650 agents under his Broker's license at one time. The Clark Team continues to prosper with working with years and years of past clients - even now helping children of past clients now as firsttime homebuvers. The Clark Team has a Mega Agent Office with Keller Williams in South Corona and continues to serve the community by providing a moving truck, and regularly sponsor local community events. Their team, year after year close over $45 million annually in production and continue to promote their brand.

Dave has served positions within the KW organization as Operating Partner, Team Leader, ALC many times and most recently as Productivity Coach in the Corona Market Center. Dave is also a founding member of VAREP (Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals) and is a National Instructor for the HELP program that educates Military Veterans into the advantages of Homeownership. Dave is also involved with his local Association and currently serves on the Grievance Committee and served as well on the Education Committee.

Dave has been married to his beautiful wife Ruth for 46 years this August. They are the parents of 3 children and 5 grandchildren. Dave considers this his most successful accomplishment by far.

Emily started her Real Estate team at Keller Williams San Diego Metro in 2019 and began teaching new agents in 2020. Teaching is a passion of hers. She especially loves breaking down the tough subject matter of the Finance course, which was Emily's career prior to Real Estate. As a Los Angeles native, Frederick Howard has been a Licensed Real Estate agent for the past 17 years. Joining Keller Williams after one month with another company, In his first year he gained the coveted “Rookie of the Year” title by closing more than 15 units in 7 months. As a trainer and industry expert his passion is moving agents from no production to production. A member of the ALC, former Team Leader for KW Inglewood, Frederick feels he owes his knowledge to those that need it. Ho was born in Seoul Korea, grew up in São Paulo Brazil from 1st grade until finishing high school, then moved to Southern California for college and graduate school. Jose Unibe has been in the Real Estate Industry since 1984. Jose received a Bachelor's degree from the National University in San Diego. Kelly Aluise, a former actress and dancer, has been guiding clients through their real estate journeys for over 20 years. Specializing in both the westside and the San Fernando Valley, Kelly understands that real estate is a career of continuous learning. After a decade of selling properties, she obtained her broker’s license to deepen her industry knowledge. Kelly firmly believes that mastering contracts, negotiation techniques, and marketing strategies paves the way to success.

Teaching comes naturally to Kelly, and she loves sharing her extensive knowledge to help others become successful real estate agents. Kieran Jackson has always had a passion for real estate! Kieran enrolled in Cuyahoga Community College's Real Estate and Mortgage Finance program in 1991. From there, Kieran has participated in selling homes in Cleveland, Ohio and construction in Tallahassee, FL. He moved to Los Angeles in 2011 to practice real estate. Kieran is also a veteran of the United States Army, having served in combat in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.

Kyle Souza moved to Carlsbad, California in 2004 from Massachusetts.  While taking care of his newborn son, he studied for his real estate license.  After passing the exam, he began selling real estate in 2005.  Kyle brings a wealth of experience having helped over 600 families in his career.  Soon after starting in real estate, the market crashed in 2008.  He soon immersed himself in working short sales and helping families get out from underneath a burden of a mortgage for a home that was worth, in some cases, half of what was owed on the mortgage.  This experience taught him the value of patience, perseverance, and the joy of helping real estate clients through challenging situations.

Kyle is always willing to share his knowledge and experience with others, whether they are clients, neighbors, or strangers.

Mario Pinedo is CA Realty Training’s Keller Williams Irvine brokerage trainer. With over 25 years of experience, his accolades make him a leader in real estate and an educator in the classroom. Mario first became a licensed realtor in 1991 when he signed with San Jose/Silicon Valley until he moved to Orange County in 2011.Real estate runs in his family’s genes. His father sold homes and investment properties which is the root of Mario’s inspiration and drive in real estate. For Mario, selling homes is more than a job. It’s a window into family. Mark Alan Bua is CEO of The Home Front Group at Keller Williams Realty. He has over 15 years of Real Estate experience and 25 years of experience in marketing and advertising in media. Mark has mentored and coached some of the Top Agents in Real Estate today. In 2010 his team was featured as #1 in “Top Agent Magazine” in the San Fernando Valley. Michelle was born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley. She started her sales career over 22 years ago and has worked for many Fortune 500 companies where she was ranked regionally and nationally. In 2012, she left corporate america and became a Recruiter for a boutique real estate company in the Pasadena area where she grew the company to over 100 agents and helped launch their real estate school. Michelle instantly fell in love with the industry and decided to get her real estate license. She worked full time during the day and attended classes at night. She studied diligently for months and was determined to pass her exam on her first try, and she did!Once she was licensed, she mentored under one of the Top Producers in the San Gabriel Valley/Top 100 in California. She watched and learned how to negotiate, price homes correctly, get offers accepted, and strategize through the most challenging transactions. Myrna has worked as a real estate professional since 2000, and as a Keller Williams Realty- Los Feliz Broker of Record since 2012. Working side by side with the office Team Leader, Myrna answers agents’ questions regarding their transactions, as wells as helping them resolve any issues. She is responsible for supervising paperwork and/or reviewing contracts, advising agents and ensuring legal requirements are met. As the broker of record, Myrna serves as a sounding board and advisor for routine and irregular real estate transactions. Nicki is a luxury agent at Keller Williams Roseville and is also in the Agent Leadership Committee. Only the top 20% of the performing agents are tapped for a role in the ALC each year and Nicki was honored to be the chair of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee as part of her agent leadership commitment. Prior to starting her real estate career in 2019, Nicki was a bank manager and served the local community with various business and personal financial services for nearly a decade. Robert is the Chief Executive Director of US Realty Training. He has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 1995. Before his career in Real Estate, Robert was teaching since his early twenties. He dedicated his time as a full-time agent in 2001 with his wife, Carolee. Together, they helped hundreds of families down the path of homeownership. In 2012, Robert's desire to teach pulled him away from Real Estate and led him to train.

His passion for teaching and his love of Real Estate were the keys to creating the USRT training program. He used his and his wife's extensive knowledge of the Real Estate industry to form a top-notch learning program that would aid his students to success. Robert is also highly involved in the hiring of each trainer for USRT. He looks at several aspects of each trainer to ensure they will be a good fit for the USRT family. He believes that each individual can have a story that may connect with a student.

Robert is constantly reviewing all US Realty Training material to ensure the student's best possible experience. He feels that supplying the best material and support to each student will help them attain their Real Estate license. Robert feels his previous training experience has built a great program for all USRT students.

Samantha Lee has over 19 years of real estate experience and is an active agent at the Keller Williams Executive office.  Samantha services Alhambra and the San Gabriel Valley. She believes that the sale or purchase of a property is one of the largest investments a person can make. Her goal is to guide clients successfully and easily through the contractual, investment, and emotional decisions involved in the Real Estate process. Samantha is committed to providing her clients with superior service and making it the easiest purchase of a person's life. Stephen T. Webb has been a licensed realtor since 1998 and has won numerous awards in the business of real estate. He is a past member of the ALC (Agent Leadership Council) at Keller Williams Realty and was also the President of the Sacramento Realtist Association from 2008-2010 and on the Board of Directors from 2004-2011. Stephen was the Realtist of the year in 2003 and 2009. In 2005, Stephen served in different leadership roles for the NAACP Sacramento Branch which includes Housing Chair in 2005, 1st Vice President in 2013 and President from 2014-2017. Stephen has been a Master Realtor three times with (SAR) Sacramento Association of Realtors and on their Board of Directors from 2008-2010, 2013, and 2016. He received the Person of the Year Award in 2014 from the Sacramento Observer. Stephen has experience in property management, trust, probate, short sales and residential properties. Currently, Stephen teaches Practice/Principles/Finance for CA Realty Training.

The former owner of a national real estate franchise, Stephon is a strategic thinker who provides exceptional counsel and industry insight. Stephon’s business career includes a stint as an IBM Marketing Representative, where he honed his negotiation skills. A proud 7 year veteran of the Marine Corps, Stephon embodies the ultimate in professionalism. A “real estate lifer”, Stephon delivers unparalleled service to the clients he represents, and unwavering dedication to the Agents he mentors.

Steve Erickson is a Real Estate Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker West in the Mt Helix office. He possesses extensive experience, provides excellent customer service and a commitment to assist his clients achieve their real estate related goals. Steve's passion for real estate is apparent from his local market knowledge to his understanding of larger economic factors that influence real estate trends and value. He also places great value in assisting others through the process of learning how to achieve success as a real estate agent. Steve is a San Diego native, is married and has two children whom he enjoys spending as much time with as his and their schedules allow.

Veronica has has enjoyed her real estate career for almost 10 years. She has taken delight in living on the Westside for more than 30 years. She has experience with successful residential and commercial real estate transactions, assisting a range of clientele, from first time homebuyers to seasoned investors. She also believes that, real estate is a “helping” profession. Real estate transactions can often be complex but guiding buyers and sellers through the purchasing process and helping them achieve their dreams are truly rewarding experiences. Veronica loves sharing her experiences with every person that enrolls in CA Realty Training. She focuses on providing everyone with an opportunity to learn, grow and succeed in their new career. Victor Hugo has over 27 years of experience in the real estate industry. He has been a licensed broker for eighteen of those years. During that time, he has guided and molded many students into successful Realtors by helping them understand what it takes to make it in the real estate arena. Victor has a background in Economics and Communications from the University of Southern California and currently holds the prominent position of Productivity Coach for the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) at the Keller Williams- Chino Hills brokerage.Victor believes, “real estate transactions are complex, but it is our job, as trained real estate professionals, to assist our clients through the process and make it easier for them. Victoria Munoz is a Native California born and raised in Northeast Los Angeles. She decided to pursue a career in nursing when she realized how she would be able to assist further in making decisions that would be life changing.Studied locally Kinesology, and nursing to finance with real estate. A Mom to three children, a wife who’s been married for over 20 years. Involved with baseball leagues, the Boy and Girls Scouts, and enjoy being part of her local community. Loves her German Shepherd Heidi VonPunky and Orange Taby Colby.Selling for Victoria began for her with door to door with L.A. fitness sales before the internet and social media Victoria became an local expert in recruitment for new and existing clients. Five years in the art of selling fitness she felt there was more that just fitness transformations. Another step in the direction of sales was with Grant Cardone’s mastermind courses incorporated into a local car dealership negotiating skills lead her to a top producing saleswoman with Honda. But it was when her life changing event assisting a client from her car sales to a local realtor as a referral lead her to finding her purpose in life. In 2015 her first year as a Realtor, she reached over $2.1 million in sales started a small boutique realty office in South Pasadena. With just shy of 20 years in the sales and marketing Victoria incorporated her practice with her principles in real estate.

Vince Baldwin - Broker, Realtor & Trainer with Keller Williams College Park in Upland CA. He has over 34 years in Real Estate managing and training offices with up to 400 agents.  He was thepPast president and current professional standards chair for the Inland Gateway Association of Realtors.  He has trained and mentored new and experienced agents from prospecting & farming to contracts to closing of escrow.  He loves to help agents succeed in this business with hard work and dedication.  A real estate career is very rewarding and he looks forward to sharing my experiences through training and mentoring.
