MARYLAND REAL ESTATE LICENSE RENEWAL
All continuing education hours must be completed by the renewal deadline, which is every two years from the date of issuance of the license. If CE requirements are not met by the expiration date, the licensee may be placed on inactive status until all requirements are fulfilled and the license is renewed.
