3. Complete the Program

When you complete the program and earn your certificates, you will officially fulfill the remaining hours in your required education. Congrats!

What to Expect

In Illinois, newly licensed real estate brokers are required to complete post-licensing education to renew their licenses for the first time. This mandatory training ensures that brokers remain knowledgeable about the latest real estate practices, laws, and professional standards.

Required Post-License Course for Illinois Real Estate Brokers:‍

Must complete a 45-hour post-licensing course. The course is divided into three 15-hour segments, covering key topics in real estate brokerage operations, legal aspects, and professional development.
