MISSOURI REAL ESTATE LICENSE RENEWAL
In Missouri, both real estate salespersons and brokers must complete 12 hours of continuing education (CE) every two years to maintain an active license.
Brokers must renew their license by June 30th of even-numbered years, while Salespersons have until September 30th of even-numbered years to complete their CE and renew their license. All CE hours must be completed by these respective deadlines. If CE requirements are not met, licensees can renew to inactive status and may face late fees up to $200 if not renewed on time.
