3. Complete the Program

When you complete the program and earn your certificates, you will officially fulfill the remaining hours in your required education. Congrats!

In Georgia, real estate professionals are required to complete post-licensing education within the first year of receiving their licenses. This requirement helps new agents build a strong foundation in real estate knowledge and practice, ensuring they are well-prepared to succeed in the industry.

Required Post-License Course for Georgia Real Estate Professionals:

Salespersons: Must complete a 27-hour post-licensing course.This course focuses on practical applications of real estate principles, contract writing, license law compliance, and techniques to establish and grow a successful real estate career.
