Before you enroll into our post-licensing program, make sure you have your real estate license. This course will complete the remaining hours in your required real estate education.

2. Enroll Today

3. Complete the Program

When you complete the program and earn your certificates, you will officially fulfill the remaining hours in your required education. Congrats!

What to Expect

In Washington, real estate professionals must complete specific post-licensing courses, known as the First Renewal Education Requirement, to maintain their licenses. This educational requirement ensures that agents are well-prepared to handle the complexities of the industry and stay current with state-specific laws and practices.

Required Post-License Courses for Washington Real Estate Professionals:

Brokers: Must complete a total of 90 hours of approved post-licensing education within the first two years of initial licensure. The 90-hour education requirement is broken down into the following courses:
