To help you prepare for the Minnesota real state exam, we included information on how to schedule your exam, the exam’s format, and what you’ll be tested on. Now, all that's left to do is study with the best exam prep in the nation!
Minnesota's real estate exam is administered by Pearson VUE. Candidates can make a reservation to take the exam by visiting the website. Candidates can also call Pearson VUE at 833-273-1946. Reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance of the desired exam date.

Salesperson Examination: The salesperson exam consists of a national portion and a state portion. Candidates have 2.5 hours to complete the national portion and 1.5 hours to complete the state portion.
Broker Examination: The broker exam consists of a national portion and a state portion. Candidates will have 2.5 hours to complete the national exam and 1.5 hours to complete the state portion.
The exam is multiple choice and is given by computer. It can be taken at the following locations: Bloomington, Brainerd, Brooklyn Park, Eagan, Hermantown, Marshall, Pine City, Rochester, and St. Paul.
Salesperson Exam: A passing score is 75% or higher.
Broker Exam: A passing score is 75% or higher.
