3. Complete the Program

When you complete the program and earn your certificates, you will officially fulfill the remaining hours in your required education. Congrats!

What to Expect

In Florida, real estate professionals must complete specific post-licensing courses to renew their licenses for the first time. This educational requirement ensures that agents remain knowledgeable and up-to-date with real estate laws and practices.

‍Required Post-License Courses for Florida Real Estate Professionals:

  • Sales Associates: Must complete a 45-hour post-licensing course.

The course covers more advanced topics in real estate practice, such as real estate law, brokerage management, and practical applications.

  • Brokers: Required to complete a 60-hour post-licensing course.

This course includes in-depth study on topics such as real estate brokerage operations, investment analysis, and management.
