Complete a 75-hour pre-licensing broker course approved by the New York Department of State. It covers all required topics for New York broker licensing, including real estate finance, business law, property management, and advanced fair housing and fair lending laws. You’ll gain the knowledge needed to pass the course exam with a minimum score of 70%, preparing you for a successful career as a New York real estate broker.
