US Realty Training is confident that we offer the best assistance in passing your real estate licensing exam; we even guarantee it! If you don’t pass your licensing exam on your first attempt, you must meet these qualifications to receive a refund.

‍EXAM PREP PACKAGES

You are eligible for a full refund if you meet the following terms:

• You will notice in your portal you have the option to select a Custom Exam or a Salesperson/Broker Exam. In order to qualify for the guarantee, you must take at least five Salesperson/Broker Exams and consecutively earn an 80% or higher on each of them. This follows our recommendation of how to study and pass your exam.
• You must complete your last Salesperson/Broker Exam, earning a score of 80% or higher, within 5 days of completing your state-proctored Real Estate Licensing Exam. This is to ensure that you are prepared and have the information fresh in your memory.
• You must provide the paid receipt of the exam, which should include the date of scheduled exam and the letter/form from your state showing failure & the breakdown of score. This is to verify that you failed the exam and will allow us to see the categories you may need the most assistance with.

LIVE CRASH COURSE (For California, ONLY)

In addition to the terms above, you must meet the additional term below to qualify for a partial refund or be provided the ability to re-attend the crash course for free.

• You must take the state exam within 1-month following the crash course or you will void the guarantee.

VIDEO CRASH COURSE (For California, ONLY)

In addition to the terms under "Exam Prep Packages," you must meet the additional term below to qualify for either a partial refund or receive an extension on our crash course videos.

• Access to our online crash course videos must be activated within 2 months of your state exam test date. This activation is not completed by US Realty Training, but completed by the student directly in their student portal.
