3. Complete the Program

When you complete the program and earn your certificates, you will officially fulfill the remaining hours in your required education. Congrats!

In Pennsylvania, real estate salespersons must complete specific post-licensing courses within a defined timeframe to maintain their active licenses. This educational requirement ensures that agents continue to build on their foundational knowledge and stay up-to-date with real estate laws and practices in the state.

Required Post-License Courses for Pennsylvania Real Estate Salespersons:

Salespersons: Must complete 14 hours of Commission-approved post-licensing education within the first renewal cycle after obtaining their initial license. The courses cover essential topics such as:
