Clarissa has been in the real estate industry since 1998. She started her real estate career as a Loan Officer and became a full-time dedicated Realtor in 2003. She joined the Keller Williams Burlingame office in 2013, and was invited to be a member of the 2015 Agent Leadership Council. She is currently one of the mentors in the Keller Williams Burlingame office.

Clarissa actively services the real estate needs of her clients in the San Francisco Bay Area and uses her vast knowledge in helping her clients buy, sell & invest on all levels and effectively negotiate through different price points. Prior to her real estate career Clarissa was a Licensed Financial Advisor & Tax Professional for H&R Block where she also taught Income Tax Courses.

Throughout her career, whether in the Real Estate industry, Securities Industry or Tax Professional industry, Clarissa has always been passionate about sharing her knowledge through teaching, coaching & mentoring.  Clarissa utilizes her background in finance, negotiation skills, and her nurturing spirit to fearlessly fight for her clients to ensure they are successful -- even in the most stressful situations.

David Ranish's passion for real estate started back in 2007 when he obtained his real estate license here in California. Two years later, he upgraded to his Broker License and became a top producing agent in the Palmdale/Lancaster area. In 2014, David acquired a Laguna beach-based real estate office which he helped to grow from 8 to 24 realtors, and a few years later he co-founded a real estate office focused on exceptional customer service. David's love of education ignited when he was asked to teach real estate at a local community college. He has since gone on to teach and inspire thousands of realtors throughout his 15+ years in the industry. He is currently a professor in the Business department of Antelope Valley College. He concentrates on finding out the needs and goals of each individual to help them succeed, and he looks forward to assisting you as you begin your career in real estate.
