How It Works
1. Enroll Today
We know everyone learns a bit differently, so we created a few pre-licensing packages with different learning styles in mind. Choose your preferred package below and get started by enrolling through our website or by giving us a call today!
2. Complete 3 Required Courses
Now you're ready to start learning! Our program makes it easy for you to obtain your printable course certificates in as fast as 54 days. Why 54 days? You must wait 18 days per course before taking a course final exam (18 days x 3 courses = 54 day minimum).
3. Apply for Your License & State Exam
Congratulations on earning your 3 course certificates. Now you're ready to mail your application packet off to the Department of Real Estate (DRE). Our team is dedicated to helping you apply and has put together a comprehensive checklist to ensure you've got everything you need.
4. Study & Pass The State Exam
Included in all of our pre-licensing packages is access to our state-of-the-art online exam prep and special pricing for our live & video crash course. This is where you'll take unlimited practice tests and utilize our digital flashcards to ensure you pass on your first try.
5. Start Your Career
After passing the state exam with flying colors, you’re ready to join a brokerage and launch your career. Our program will even help you schedule an interview with one of our brokerage partners!

What to Expect
Here in California, you are required to complete the following 3 DRE-approved online courses before submitting your application to the DRE. Each course includes mandatory chapter quizzes and two attempts at a final exam.

Want to enjoy the classroom experience, but have a busy work schedule? The Online+Videos Program was designed for you in mind.
The video training is supplemental to the state-mandated textbook material - allowing you to watch and learn from anywhere at any time! The videos do not cover every topic in all 3 textbooks, but they help to simplify difficult concepts while illustrating real-life examples. In other words, we prepare you to not only pass your courses, but to hit the ground running once you obtain your license! Videos also incorporate discussion and questions asked by students in Head Trainer Robert Rico's class.

The Live Training + Online Program gives you the state-mandated textbook material plus supplemental* training to prepare you for a successful career in real estate. This 3-month program includes live instruction (Webinar or In-Person) and online coursework for the following REQUIRED COURSES:

FREQUENCY OF TRAINING -- (How many classes are included?)
If you choose weekdays - 2 times a week (6 two-hour sessions a month)
If you choose Saturdays - once a week (3 four-hour sessions a month)
Classes are held for the first 3 weeks of each month, and the 4th week you will have off to take the quizzes and complete the course final exam online.
DURATION OF CLASSES -- (How long do I have access to the classes?)
You will receive 3 consecutive months of training. You will cover 1 course a month. Concurrently, you receive 6 months of online access to the courses to read the e-Books, take chapter quizzes, and pass the course final exams. Keep in mind, the chapter quizzes and course exams are OPEN BOOK!

WEBINAR TRAINING SCHEDULE (OFFERED IN ENGLISH & SPANISH!)
• Mondays & Wednesdays: 10AM-12PM, 3PM-5PM, or 7PM-9PM PT
• Tuesdays & Thursdays: 11AM-1PM or 7PM-9PM PT
• Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM PT
*Supplemental Training is optional to the required online material and does not cover every topic in all 3 textbooks. This training, led by experienced realtors, will help you understand the important vocabulary and concepts from the textbooks, show you how they apply to day-to-day situations as an agent, and get your questions answered while networking with fellow classmates.
Need to miss a live training session? No problem! Pre-recorded chapter videos are available for purchase directly through your student portal.
